Super Majority for Democrats
July 1st was a sad day for America. Lousy comedian and liberal extraordinaire Al Franken was officially made a United States senator after the Minnesota Supreme Court declared him the winner and Norm Coleman conceded. The Democrats now have fifty-eight senators and two independents who normally vote with them giving them a filibuster-proof majority.
