McCain’s Mortgage Plan
Senator McCain’s new proposal to buy distressed mortgages and refinance them for home owners was explained further today. His economic advisor said that under the plan, a homeowner having difficulty making payments or facing foreclosure would be eligible for an FHA-insured mortgage.
