He devoted an entire year to a health care plan which the majority of the country did not want. He is well on his way to another wasted year. I remember Obama's criticism of Senator McCain's government spending freeze idea during the presidential campaign. He praised the "positive role of government in improving people's lives." Bravo, President Obama for finally taking a suggestion from the more experienced Senator McCain! Maybe you should ask McCain what he thinks about your exceptions to spending freezes.
