Obama’s Nobel Is Unconstitutional
Ronald D. Rotunda and J. Peter Pham wrote a wonderful opinion today in The Washington Post newspaper. It lays out an argument for the unconstitutionality of a sitting President accepting a Nobel without the consent of Congress. I believe that the writers are 100% correct.

Frank Look at Urban Tea Baggers
One of the most disturbing trends in American politics lately is the split between the urban block of voters, and the combined suburban-rural block. We have all heard of the Blue versus Red State divide which is usually portrayed as a south versus north divide, but the real divide is between urban areas and the [...]

Republicans are Terrorists?
I received an e-mail from Michael Steele, Chairman of the Republican National Committee today. It made me aware of a pathetic Democratic effort to associate Republicans who are shocked by President Obama’s award of the Nobel Peace Prize to terrorists. This is the committee that writes tax laws. Representative Rangel has been under investigation by a congressional ethics committee for over a [...]

Another Obama Disaster!
The International Olympic Committee just eliminated (minutes ago on October 2) Chicago from contention for the 2016 Olympics. This elimination occurred despite a full court press by President Obama, the First Lady; Michelle Obama, and various other celebrities. Despite the health care disaster, the problems with the war in Afghanistan and the tsunami catastrophe in [...]

Dems Block Republican Amendments
In a move that probably does not surprise anyone, the Democrats blocked amendments proposed by Republicans that would have restricted abortion coverage, prevented illegal aliens from obtaining coverage and that would have prevented tax increases to fund any health care reforms.
The Senate Finance Committee voted on Wednesday in two separate 13-10 votes to defeat [...]
